Terry Fox Run Kuala Lumpur 2018
WHAT:
Each year, Terry Fox Runs are being organised across the globe with the goal of raising funds for cancer research. For millions of people around the world, Terry Fox is the face of hope for research in finding cures for cancer. In 1980, Terry’s Marathon of Hope inspired us. Almost 40 years now, these events continue to motivate people around the world, raising much needed funds for cancer research.
This year, the Terry Fox Run Kuala Lumpur will be taking place on 16/12/18, Sunday 7.30am, at Perdana Botanical Gardens (Previously known as Lake Gardens). This event is organised exclusively by volunteers in Kuala Lumpur and Cancer Research Malaysia is not involved in the organisation of the Run. However, as the sole beneficiary, we will be working with the Terry Fox Research Institute to disburse the funds for research programmes in Malaysia.
